In 1992 I received my BA in Sociology from Franklin Pierce College. I went on to work with children of all ages in various settings. In January of 2000 I had my first child, and then become an at-home mom for ten years. When my youngest child went to school, I was lucky enough to become an assistant kindergarten teacher at the Lake Champlain Waldorf School in Shelburne, Vermont. I still enjoy working with kindergarten children part time at LCWS. My own children are currently enrolled in the sixth, eighth, and tenth grades there.
After attending a Carla Hannaford workshop in the spring of 2013, I was inspired to join the three-year Educational Support Teacher Certification program, with The Association for a Healing Education in Ann Arbor, Michigan. I received my certification in August of 2015, and am very excited to offer this healing work to people of all ages!
